What is changing in Emburse Enterprise?

Effective May 28, 2025, you will notice updated fonts and refreshed icons within expense category tiles in the UAT environment of Emburse Enterprise. This will give you the opportunity to preview the new look and feel ahead of their future introduction into Production.

Are there any functional changes?

No. This is a visual update only. There are no changes to functionality, navigation, or workflows. Everything you rely on will continue to work exactly as it does today.

How can I preview the changes?

Visit your UAT environment in Emburse Enterprise to explore the refreshed interface.

When will the new font and icons go live in Production?

We will notify you in advance once a general-availability date is confirmed, based on feedback from customers currently exploring the UAT version.

Why are these updates being made?

  • Easier to Find What You Need: These updated icons are the first step toward an upcoming enhancement that lets users search for expense types by name, making it faster and easier to find the right one.
  • A More Consistent Experience: By unifying icons across Emburse, we are creating a more consistent experience for your team, no matter which Emburse products you use.
  • Future-Ready, Fast, and Flexible: Our updated icon library loads faster and allows Emburse to add new icons more easily. This means you will have access to more options that better align with your expense types, both now and in the future.
