Enhancements INVOICE MANAGEMENT New “Any” Option for Special-Handling Search Chrome River’s Advanced Search feature for Invoice Management allows users to search for invoices in an additive manner (e.g., invoices that are Rush AND Parked or invoices that are not Rush AND not Parked). With this release we have added the option to select “ANY'' to enable customers to search for invoices that are, for example, Rush OR Parked. This reduces the number of searches required in order to find invoices having any Special Handling, instead of just all or none, and it enhances our real-time reporting capabilities via Invoice Management. EMBURSE CONNECT FOR ANALYTICS PDF Links for Invoices For Emburse Connect for Analytics customers, we have added a GETLINK process to generate a download URL for invoices. Clicking on the URL allows users to download the PDF associated with a specific invoice, with or without its associated images. New Payment Related Views We have added a number of views to Emburse Connect for Analytics to validate details of payments made through Chrome River Payments provider Wise. These include DirectPayBankAccount and the ExpensePaymentGroup views. ADMIN Multi-Select and Exclude Allocation Types from Requested Digital Receipts Pack Customers may now choose to automatically exclude expense receipts with specified allocation types from the results retrieved by the “Receipt Pack (Expense)” option on the Request Digital Receipts admin screen. For example, your organization may wish to prevent internal or billable expenses from appearing in receipt packs retrieved via the admin screen. To activate this feature, an admin with appropriate permissions may navigate to CONFIGURATION > CUSTOMER PREFERENCES > ALLOCATIONS and use the multiselect box next to “Allocation Types to Exclude from Receipt Pack Results” to choose which allocations should not appear. As part of this enhancement, users will now be able to select multiple allocations (except those excluded via Customer Preferences) to include in the Expense Receipt Pack search on the Request Digital Receipts admin screen.
