Release Notes: May 29, 2024 Note: We may roll out certain changes iteratively through our customer base. As a result, you may experience a few days’ delay (no more than one week) before you see new functionality in your Production environment. Enhancements EMBURSE ANALYTICS New Fields Added to Chrome River Reporting Models We have added a number of new fields to Chrome River models in Emburse Analytics to enable more flexible and complete reporting on expenses, invoices, and purchase orders. Expense Models: We have added new fields that include all roles assigned to a user that do not begin with “Part Of,” which will be especially useful to those who want to create filters based on the non-Part Of roles. For example, you may exclude expenses belonging to Department Heads who would have a role assigned like DEPT-HEAD/DEPT/<department code>. Invoice Models: Similar to Expense, we have added new fields that include all non-Part Of roles. New Credit Card Item Type Changes Standard Report We have added a new standard report called “Credit Card Item Type Changes” that enables users to track when the item type of a credit card transaction is updated once the transaction has been added to an expense report. This report replaces the legacy WebFocus ANALYTICS report called “Firm Paid Changes.” Resolved Issue MOBILE Uploading From Emburse Chrome River App Photo Gallery We have resolved an issue that prevented some users from uploading receipts from the Photo Gallery in the Emburse Chrome River app. Users will see the restored functionality once they update to the latest version of the app. Note that this functionality is never available to users who have Digital Archiving mandates in their countries—please check with your Chrome River administrator if you are unsure whether this applies to you.
