Card Monitor Admin Screen Note: This feature is available only for card feeds configured using Chrome River PAFA/TFA or connected via the Card Programs Admin screen (e.g., Emburse Cards, Amex Small Business). The Card Monitor admin screen gives visibility into the processing of your organization's credit card feed. Here you may view when each file was received, what its current processing status is, and what the final transaction counts are. Click ADMIN SETTINGS > TRANSACTIONS > CARD MONITOR. View Received Feeds Enter a date range and click SEARCH to see all the files received during that period. File Name: Hover over this field to view the complete file name, including the full name of the credit card type. Feed: The name of the credit card transactions feed. Received: The total number of credit card transactions in the file. Processed: The number of successfully processed transactions. Invalid Data: If a transaction contains bad data, a Chrome River Help Desk case is usually generated automatically; no action is required on your part. However, an admin with appropriate permissions may check the Help Desk to be sure the Support team is aware of the issue. Unassigned: The number of transactions that were unable to be assigned to a user in the system and sent to the Failed Queue. You may view these on the Failed Transactions Admin Screen. Filtered: The number of transactions sent to the Filtered Queue. You may view these on the Filtered Transactions Admin Screen. Duplicate: The number of transactions that were already in the system. Filter Feeds You may filter by Feed Type and Status to quickly narrow the results. Feed Status Credit card feeds will have one of three statuses: Processed: Feed file has completed processing. Processing: Feed file is still being processed. Error: If an error occurred during processing, hover over this status to view details; no action is required on your part. Usually, a Chrome River Help Desk case is generated automatically when an error occurs.
