Failed Travel Transactions Admin Screen

The Failed Transactions admin screen allows you to view, assign and reactivate any third-party travel transactions that have invalid User IDs. You may use the screen to assign failed travel transactions to the correct users and then reactivate them so that the transactions go to the users’ eWallets. You may also delete failed travel transactions.

1. Click ADMIN SETTINGS > TRANSACTIONS > FAILED TRAVEL TRANSACTIONS.

2. Select the desired transaction(s) and click ASSIGN.

3. Search for and select the correct user.

4. Now click REACTIVATE to send the transaction(s) to that user's eWallet.

You may use the DOWNLOAD AS button to export all the results returned by the current view.
