Create Credit Card Transactions Admin Screen

Customers who have requested activation of the appropriate data feed may enable and use this screen to create negative credit card charges for balance reconciliation purposes.

• For example, if a user incorrectly submitted an out-of-pocket expense because the AMEX credit card transaction had not yet appeared in the eWallet, an administrator with appropriate permissions could create a negative charge via this screen to reconcile the expense.

Note that this screen will only work if your organization has the corresponding data feed configured.

1. Click ADMIN SETTINGS > TRANSACTIONS > CREATE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS.

2. Select the desired user and fill out the form with the related details.

3. When you click CREATE, an unused credit card transaction will be created for that user.
