Release Notes: November 26, 2025 This release introduces several enhancements that improve real-time expense visibility, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency across Emburse Enterprise, giving administrators and users faster access to transaction data, richer corporate card insights, and streamlined invoice management. Additionally, a known issue in Apple Mail on iOS 26.1 may prevent the Approve and Return buttons in approval emails from functioning as expected; a workaround is described below. Highlights Global Edit for Invoice Allocations: Apply allocations to multiple invoice line items at once, reducing manual entry and ensuring consistency. Corporate Card Purchase Details: View itemized purchase data directly in eWallet and expense line items for enhanced transparency and audit readiness. Known Issue: Apple Mail on iOS 26.1 may prevent the Approve and Return buttons in approval emails from working as expected; a workaround is available. Features EXPENSE American Express® Real Time Transaction Data Notifications Emburse Enterprise now supports real-time transaction data from American Express® Corporate Cards. As purchases occur, transaction details including merchant name, amount, and date are transmitted from American Express® to Emburse Enterprise. When a transaction is authorized, users receive a notification prompting them to capture and attach their receipt. Authorized transactions appear in real time within existing expense and reporting workflows. Rollout Schedule: American Express Real Time Transaction Data is available to select U.S.-based American Express Corporate Card customers enrolled in Emburse Enterprise. To request enablement, please contact your Emburse Solution Advisor or Emburse Support. View Corporate Card Feed Purchase Details in eWallet and Expense Line Items Emburse Enterprise now displays purchase details—itemized data provided through enhanced corporate credit card feeds—directly in the eWallet and on corresponding expense line items. This improvement enables expense owners and approvers to see such detailed purchase information as individual line items or merchant-level breakdowns along with the original transaction. Previously, this data was available only in Emburse Analytics. With this update, customers who receive enriched card feeds through the Emburse Cards Gateway can now review purchase details in the same view they use to manage and approve expenses, improving visibility and audit readiness. Rollout Schedule: This feature will be made available to all Emburse Enterprise customers whose corporate card feeds are connected via the Emburse Cards Gateway. The rollout will occur in stages over the next few weeks. INVOICE Use Global Edit to Assign Line Item Allocations Emburse Enterprise now supports bulk-editing of allocations on invoice line items using the Global Edit capability. You can apply Matter Numbers and General Ledger (GL) codes to multiple line items in one step, which reduces manual updates during invoice creation. This enhancement is especially valuable for invoices generated through AI transcription line-item extraction. It ensures consistent allocation across all extracted lines and reduces manual input errors during review and approval. For invoices with many line items, Emburse Enterprise now processes Global Edit actions asynchronously to improve performance and reliability. When you submit a bulk edit on a large invoice, the system displays: “Please wait as your invoice is being updated.” The invoice is temporarily locked to ensure data integrity. When processing is complete, you receive a confirmation message: “Invoice lines have been updated.” Refresh the page to view the applied changes. Rollout Schedule: This feature will be made available to all Emburse Invoice Enterprise customers in stages during the week of December 1, 2025. Known Issue APPROVAL Apple Mail on iOS 26.1 May Prevent Approvals via Email Buttons We are aware of an issue affecting customers who use the Apple Mail app on iOS 26.1. When approvers tap the Accept or Return buttons in approval emails, the action may not complete as expected. This behavior results from a change introduced in Apple’s latest Mail update that alters how embedded email links are handled. Workaround: Press and hold the Accept or Return button to display a menu of options, then select Email to complete the approval successfully. We will continue monitoring for updates from Apple that may restore normal interaction. Was this article helpful? Yes No
