Release Notes: September 20, 2023

Note: We may roll out certain changes iteratively through our customer base. As a result, you may experience a few days’ delay (no more than one week) before you see new functionality in your Production environment.

New Feature Available

View Credit Card Transactions Grouped By Statement Date Without Statements Feed

Customers may now request to have corporate credit card transactions grouped by statement date in the eWallet without implementing our full Statements feature. This enhancement is available for most credit card transaction feeds that provide the statement date and will give users a quick way to add all the transactions for a given statement to a report without having to search through the eWallet and select them individually. Please note that a configuration change for your credit card feed may be necessary in order to implement this new feature. If your organization is interested in taking advantage of this enhancement, please submit a case via the Chrome River Help Desk.

Request Number Field Added to Purchase Order Explore

Chrome River Purchase Order customers may now report on the new Request Number field in the PO Header section of the Chrome River PO explore.

Enhancement to Advanced Search on Invoice Management Dashboard

Based on customer feedback, we have updated the default Invoice Date selection within the Invoice Management Dashboard’s Advanced Search to “Last 90 Days” in order to provide a more useful default search range than “This Quarter.” Users may select other date ranges or remove the range as necessary.

Add and Delete Actions via UI Rules Editor

Chrome River customers may now use the UI Rules admin screen to add and delete rule actions from UI rules. This functionality can be beneficial if you need a rule to perform multiple actions when it fires (e.g., Hide the Description field and make a custom field visible and required).

Reimbursements Admin Screen Enhancements

For customers who use Global Reimbursements by Wise, we have enhanced the Reimbursements admin screen user interface. Now, payments with Canceled and Refunded status will be sorted at the top of the list, along with Failed payments, and they will be formatted the same way as Failed payments. This will make it easier to identify and address individual payment issues within a payment group.

Resolved Issue

Reimbursements Admin Screen Conversion Fee Display

For customers who use Global Reimbursements by Wise, we have resolved an issue with the Reimbursements admin screen that caused the Expense Total displayed in the Payment Group list to include the currency conversion fee twice.
