Download Chrome River TLS Certificates

Your organization may periodically need to update the Chrome River TLS certificates associated with system integrations like SAP Connector. These may be downloaded from any web browser by accessing the URL you use to log in to Chrome River.

There are three types of certificates that must be updated for each Chrome River environment used by your organization.

  • Chromeriver.com Certificate
  • Root Certificate
  • RSA/Intermediate Certificate
The name of the Chromeriver.com certificate will vary depending on your organization's instance (e.g., *chromeriver.com, *eu1.chromeriver.com, *ca1.chromeriver.com).

To download the TLS certificates for your organization's Production environment, just open a web browser to the URL you use to log in to Chrome River. Then follow the instructions for your browser, below, to download all three certificate types.

If your organization uses a QA or UAT environment, you will also need to open a web browser to the URL you use to log in to that environment and repeat the steps to download all three certificate types. See Understanding Instances and Environments for help finding this URL.
