Enhancements

IMAGING

New Icons for Uploading and Attaching Images

Based on customer survey feedback, we have updated the icons for uploading a new image and for attaching an image from the Receipt Gallery to make them easily distinguishable from each other. These icons will appear anywhere that users may upload new images or attach existing Receipt Gallery images, including the Expense Header, Summary and Line Item screens; the Pre-Approval Header and Summary screens; the Receipt Gallery; and the Draft, Returned, Submitted, and Approval dashboards.

EXPENSE MANAGEMENT

Access Expense Owner Profile Cards via Expense Management

Based on customer feedback, we have enhanced the Expense Management screen to display a link to the expense owner’s profile card on the Report Summary screen, similar to the way it appears on the Approval Dashboard.

INVOICE APPROVAL

Vendor Filter Type Added to Invoice Approval Dashboard

We have enhanced the Invoice Approval Dashboard with a new filter type to allow approvers to filter invoices by vendor. Approvers may access this from the approval filter drop-down by creating a new filter or editing an existing filter, clicking ADD FILTER TYPE, and selecting “Assigned to Vendor.”
