Allocation Fields Admin Screen

The Allocation Fields screen allows users with administrative privileges to configure whether certain allocation attributes can be updated by the Allocation (Matter) feed. 1. Click ADMIN SETTINGS > CONFIGURATION > ALLOCATION FIELDS.

2. Click EDIT to define entity types for including entity associations in the Allocation (Matter) data feed.

Matter Fields Configuration

The Allocation (Matter) feed will only allow values to be populated in Entity 1, Entity 2 or Entity 3 if there is an associated Entity Type.

1. Use the Entity Type drop-downs to associate each Entity field with a Chrome River entity type.

2. Check the FILTERABLE box if you wish users to be able to filter on that entity.

3. Click SAVE.

Extra Line Item Data (Matter Onselect1)

For legacy configurations and those organizations that do not use the Matter-On-Select feed, this section allows you to specify the Matter-On-Select 1 entity type by using the Extra Line Item 1 Legal Values field of an allocation record to identify the subset of entity codes that should be presented when the allocation is selected.
