INVOICE OCR

Parent and Child Tax Rates and Amounts Automatically Extracted By OCR

For customers who use Chrome River’s Invoice OCR, “parent” and “child” VAT/tax rates and amounts—for example, Federal and State/Provincial tax—will now be automatically extracted during the OCR process, eliminating the need to manually enter the child tax code after OCR completes.

Note that applicable tax codes must be configured via the Invoice Tax Codes admin screen and the parent tax code must be configured on the Vendor Address as Tax Code 1. See Automatically Populate Invoice Data via OCR VISION in the Chrome River Help Center for complete details.

EMBURSE MOBILE APP

Search Wallet by Vendor Name

Users of the Emburse Chrome River mobile app may now search for receipts in the app’s Wallet by vendor name in addition to the existing capability to search by Amount. Search results will be filtered as users type in the search bar.

EMBURSE ANALYTICS

New Duplicate Invoices Standard Report

We have added a new Emburse Analytics standard report called Duplicate Invoices that allows Chrome River customers to identify potential duplicate invoices based on key attributes. It is located in the All / Emburse Analytics / Chrome River Invoice folder.
