Release Notes: December 13, 2023 Note: We may roll out certain changes iteratively through our customer base. As a result, you may experience a few days’ delay (no more than one week) before you see new functionality in your Production environment. Upcoming Change ANALYTICS Expense Guest Data To Be Deprecated in Legacy ANALYTICS Expense line guest data will no longer be updated in Chrome River’s legacy ANALYTICS reporting (WebFOCUS) beginning on January 31, 2024. Users with existing reports containing this data will need to rebuild those reports on the Emburse Analytics platform to get up-to-date guest information. Guest data is available on the standard Exported Spend report or can be added to custom reports in Emburse Analytics. See Creating and Editing Reports and Dashboards in the Emburse Analytics Help Center. For customers who have not yet fully migrated from WebFOCUS, the fields will continue to be visible in legacy ANALYTICS and the historical data will be accessible, but the fields will not be populated for new expenses. Enhancements ADMIN Add and Delete Listeners via UI Rules Editor Chrome River customers may now use the UI Rules admin screen to add and delete listener attributes on UI rules. Listener attributes can be used to determine when a UI rule should trigger. For example, if you have fields for Tip Amount and Tip Amount Percentage on a Meal expense, you could set a UI rule to recalculate the Tip Amount Percentage every time the Tip Amount is updated. To do this, you would set the Tip Amount field as the Listener on the rule (i.e., the rule is triggered to run every time Tip Amount value is updated). New Strategy Added for Duplicate Unused Transaction Compliance Rules Admins who manage Expense Compliance rules in Chrome River’s Rule Builder may now add a strategy that checks for duplicate unused transactions that have the same amount, transaction date, and currency code.
