Supported Desktop and Mobile Browsers

The following standards are recommended for each client computer or mobile device accessing the Chrome River application. The application runs entirely within the web browser and does not require any additional Chrome River application code.

Supported Desktop Browsers

While other web browsers may also operate the Chrome River application successfully, supported browsers are those on which we have tested and fixed any bugs. We certify the latest version of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari: Note that we do not currently support Safari in “Private” mode. Users must turn off Private mode before logging in to Chrome River.

Recommended Mobile Browsers

  • Google Chrome
  • Apple Safari

Recommended Mobile Devices

  • iPhone: Current and previous generation.
  • iPad: Current and previous generation.
  • Android: We commit to provide support for mainstream Android devices, but we recognize that the Android hardware is so diverse that we cannot ensure adequate testing for all devices.
