Release Notes: August 11, 2026 This release updates Emburse Enterprise reporting in Emburse Assurance and Emburse Analytics by making Assurance check risk details easier to review, improving access to linked report documents, and updating report field labels and drill fields.HighlightsAssurance checks now provide clearer risk detail: Emburse Assurance checks now show risk scores, a pre-submit indicator, and a clearer review action so auditors can scan results faster.Tabbed dashboards improve multi-step analysis: Tabbed dashboards in Emburse Analytics let you organize related visualizations into tabs so users can move from overview metrics to focused analysis in one dashboard.Standard reports now include PDF and receipt links: Emburse Enterprise Standard reports in Emburse Analytics now include PDF and receipt links so users can review source documents directly from standard reports.Report field labels and drill fields are updated: Several standard report field labels and Count drill fields in Emburse Analytics now use linked-label names and link fields.ImprovementsEMBURSE ASSURANCEClearer Risk Details in Assurance ChecksWe have updated the Emburse Assurance Auditor review experience to make individual check details easier to scan and act on. High, Medium, or Low risk scores now display next to the short description of each check, and pre-submit checks display a pre-submit indicator. This helps auditors understand the relative risk of each check without opening additional details. The review action now appears as a REVIEW link instead of a button, and the short description is bolded to improve readability.Auditors can also review checks that ran successfully. In the new PASSED CHECKS section, select VIEW PASSED to see all checks that passed. This provides greater visibility into every check that ran for the line item, not only the checks that identified a potential issue.EMBURSE ANALYTICSTabbed Dashboards Improve Multi-Step AnalysisTabbed dashboards are now available in Emburse Analytics. You can group related visualizations and detail into separate tabs so users can move from overview metrics to focused analysis without opening multiple dashboards. For example, an OCR dashboard can start with extraction and discrepancy rates, then use focused tabs for top employees with changes, company-paid versus reimbursable patterns, and changed values. You can add tabs directly to custom dashboards in your company folder. For standard Emburse dashboards, copy the dashboard to your company folder first, then add tabs to the editable copy.In edit mode, select Add Tabs. To move existing content, open the tile's three-dot menu, select Move to tab, and select the destination tab.Changes to a copied standard dashboard do not update the original standard dashboard, and future Emburse updates to the standard dashboard do not flow automatically to the copied version. Access and themes apply to the full dashboard, not individual tabs. The default limit is five tabs.Standard Reports Include PDF and Receipt LinksEmburse Enterprise Standard reports in Emburse Analytics now include PDF and receipt links so you can review related source documents directly from standard reports without creating custom copies.Report Field Labels and Drill Fields UpdateSeveral Emburse Enterprise standard report field labels now use linked-label names, including Report ID (with links), Unique Line Item ID, Invoice ID, PO Receipt ID, PO Req ID, and PA Report ID. Count drill fields were also updated to include the link fields required for these reports. Was this article helpful? Yes No
