ImprovementEXPENSEMissing UDA Detection Added to Automated Expense CreationFor customers who use Emburse’s Automated Expense Creation to generate expense reports and line items based on receipts and corporate card transactions, we have enhanced the Complete Missing Fields feature to include user-defined data (UDA) along with Business Purpose, Allocation, and Matter-On-Select fields. When required data is missing, you can enter values once and apply them across applicable line items, including custom fields. This improvement reduces manual updates, increases consistency across line items, and helps ensure required data is completed before submission. Plan for ChangeBRANDINGUpdate: Emburse Enterprise URL and Email Domain Transition TimelineWe are updating the timeline for the previously announced Emburse Enterprise URL and email domain transition. This change will now begin in Q4 2026 instead of the earlier planned Q3 2026 timeframe. As part of our ongoing brand evolution, we will replace the remaining legacy URLs http://chromeriver.com, chromefile.com, and region-specific inbound domains (e.g., receipt@chromefile.com, receipt-qa@chromefile.com) with Emburse Enterprise’s new web URL and email domains beginning in Q4 2026. This change builds on the name and logo updates we have already introduced and continues our effort to create a unified Emburse experience for you.Starting in Q4 2026: New Web URL: ent.emburse.app New Default Outbound Email Domain: @ent.emburse.app New Default Inbound Email Domains: receipt@ent.emburse.app and receipt-qa@ent.emburse.app While the URLs and domains are changing, the functionality you rely on will remain the same. Redirects will be in place, and this change has been carefully planned to make the transition straightforward. No action is required from your organization. All existing links, bookmarks, and integrations will continue to function through automatic redirects during the transition period. You may choose to update saved URLs or allowlists to the new domains over time, but this is optional and can be done at your convenience. Was this article helpful? Yes No
