Improvements

EMBURSE ASSURANCE

“Processing In Progress” Warning Added to Emburse Assurance

Emburse Assurance now displays a warning when a receipt is still processing at the time a line item is saved.

Processing In Progress warning banner indicating receipt analysis is not complete and submission is temporarily blocked

This temporary warning indicates that Assurance checks cannot yet complete, and it may appear for up to two minutes while receipt processing finishes.

Reports cannot be submitted until all Emburse Assurance warnings and violations are resolved, but users can continue working elsewhere in the report during this time. Once receipt processing and Assurance checks are complete, the warning clears automatically.

EXPENSE

Upload Receipts From the Create New Tab

Users may now upload receipts directly from the Create New tab on the Add Expenses screen. Users can choose files to upload by selecting Upload Receipt to open the system file explorer or Select From Receipt Gallery to open the Receipt Gallery.

Uploaded receipts are added to the Receipt Gallery in the background. While receipts are uploading, a purple spinner displays. After the upload is complete, a temporary confirmation banner appears. The View link in that banner opens the Receipt Gallery.

For complete details, see Create an Expense Report in the Emburse Enterprise Help Center.

Upload Receipts From eWallet’s All and Offline Tabs

Users may now upload receipts directly from the All and Offline tabs of the eWallet using the new Upload button, without navigating away from their current view. Uploaded receipts are added to the Receipt Gallery in the background, allowing users to continue working in the eWallet while uploads complete.

INVOICE

Invoice Submit Compliance Rules Added to Rule Builder

Invoice Submit Compliance rules are now available in the Rule Builder. Admins can configure these rules directly in the Business Rules Admin screen using such invoice-specific objects as Invoice Header, Vendor, and Requester. This enables organizations to enforce submission requirements, trigger warnings or violations, and apply special handling at the point of invoice submission.

Poland Added to Supported Countries for Invoice Tax Validation

Poland has been added to the list of supported countries for Invoice Tax Validation in the Emburse Enterprise Help Center for customers who operate in Poland. Note that Poland has registration requirements related to KSeF (National e-Invoicing System), which are managed outside of Emburse Enterprise and must be completed in external government systems.

Feature

INVOICE/PAYMENTS

Emburse Pay Now Available in Emburse Invoice Enterprise

Emburse Pay, Emburse’s embedded B2B payments capability, is now available for Emburse Invoice Enterprise customers in the United States and Canada. This brings payment initiation and tracking directly into existing invoice and AP workflows within Emburse.

Emburse Pay provides finance and accounts payable administrators with an embedded way to initiate and track B2B payments directly within Emburse Invoice Enterprise. Payments are initiated and managed within existing Emburse workflows, reducing the need for external payment tools.

Emburse Pay supports check payments, global remittance types, and multi-currency transactions. Payment status updates display directly in Emburse as payments progress through their lifecycle, improving visibility and control.

The Emburse Learn customer portal will be retired at the end of April. Emburse’s product-specific help centers continue to provide the most up-to-date product documentation and guidance, with continuously maintained content to support your workflows.

What Action Is Required?

Customers who have bookmarked links or included links to the Emburse Learn customer portal in internal materials should update those references to point to the appropriate help center, as links to the previous portal will no longer be accessible after this change. The Emburse Help Center provides access to help centers for all Emburse products.
