90-Day Password Reset Cycle

Beginning this month, Emburse Enterprise will introduce a requirement for users to change their passwords every 90 days in order to meet evolving security standards and the latest PCI compliance guidelines. This will affect all customers whose users log in with a username, password, and company ID, but no changes will be required to any customized Password Compliance rules. Customers who use SSO will not be affected by this enhancement.

Note that this change is being rolled out to customers in stages over the next two months. Customers slated to receive this change in May will be informed via in-app announcement within the next two weeks.

Once this change takes effect, users will receive notifications via email and in-app pop-ups that inform them when it is time to reset their password. Users will lose access to Emburse Enterprise if they do not reset their password after 90 days, but this will not result in any data loss. Access will be restored once the password has been reset.
