System Status Page

Emburse Enterprise offers multiple, instance-specific System Status pages to give users detailed, real-time status information via color-coded severity indicators. Because service events can affect one instance without impacting others, status information is reported on separate pages for each instance.

An instance is the dedicated Emburse Enterprise environment where your organization’s data and configuration are hosted. See Understanding Instances and Environments to learn how to identify your organization’s instance.

Access the System Status Page

Although the System Status Dashboard pages are all public, the URL you will use depends on which instance your organization uses. Once you have ascertained your organization’s instance, bookmark the correct System Status page for quick access.

Understand the System Status Page

You will see a status bar for each component of Emburse Enterprise (e.g., Expense, Invoice, Feeds & APIs). Status is indicated by the color of the bar.

  • Green: Operational
  • Yellow: Degraded
  • Red: Outage
  • Blue: Maintenance

If there is an active incident, details are displayed in a banner at the top of the page. When the incident is resolved, the banner will be removed and all components will show a green Operational status.

All previous incidents are listed by month at the bottom of the screen.

Maintenance vs. Incidents

Maintenance is a planned outage for upgrades to the system. An incident is unexpected downtime resulting in some level of disruption in the system.

Subscribe to Email Notifications

Because the System Status page does not require a login, anyone in your organization may register to receive emailed updates using the Subscribe button.

  • Be sure to subscribe only to your organization’s instance, not to any of the other instances.
  • If your organization needs to whitelist email addresses to ensure delivery to your users, note that these notifications will be sent to you from no-reply@firehydrant.io.
