BillingPlatform allows each customer two users with full access to the Customer Portal. Credentials were sent from billing@ar.emburse.com to the billing contact on record when the system launched. If you have not received your login credentials or need to adjust who has access to the portal, please contact the Customer Success Team for assistance. I am having trouble logging in to the Customer Portal. Login trouble can be related to extra spaces or incorrect capitalization in the username or the password. If you are copying and pasting from the welcome email, double-check that no extra spaces were included or manually enter the credentials. Both username and password are case-sensitive. From which email address are my invoices and Customer Portal credentials being sent? All BillingPlatform communications are sent from billing@ar.emburse.com. Please make sure this email address is allowed by your team to ensure all notifications are received. Will I still receive invoices by email? Yes, we will still send all invoices via email as they become available. These can be sent to as many contacts as necessary and are not limited to your Customer Portal users. Will I need to re-enroll in direct debit services/ACH? Yes. For security purposes, if the previous automatic payment was through direct debit services (ACH), you will need to re-enroll. Payments will continue as scheduled if your automatic payment was not through a direct debit service (ACH). Where are my invoices? As users start using the new Customer Portal, there has been a slight delay in issuing bills during the transition period. We appreciate your patience and are working to get them sent as quickly as possible. Where can I find a W-9? You may download our W-9 template by clicking here.
