Available Legacy Ad Hoc Reporting Objects

Chrome River legacy ANALYTICS reporting objects securely expose specific subsets of Chrome River EXPENSE, INVOICE, and AUDIT data for ad hoc reporting with InfoAssist.

Expense Objects

• Entities Object: Entity and Entity Type attribute details (2 segments)
• Expense Analysis Object: There are four different versions, each containing a different combination of header, line item, matter, approval routing and compliance. The descriptions below and this ANALYTICS Expense Analysis Ad Hoc Reporting Object Decision Tree will help you decide which object to use for the desired results.
• Expense Analysis (Header Only): Returns just the header-level data for expense reports of all statuses—Draft, Returned and Submitted—whether they are in process or have been exported. Use this object when no Line-Item data is needed in your report.
• Expense Analysis (Approval/Routing): Returns only those expense reports with Line Items and Allocations where the Line Item has begun or has completed the Approval/Routing process. It includes the Header, Line Item, Routing (step) and Allocation (matter) data. Both in-process and exported expense reports are available to provide visibility into Approval/Routing workflow metrics, inclusive of all expense reports. However, Audit Export detail data is not available in this optimized object.
• Expense Analysis (Line Item/Matter): Returns only those expense reports with Line Items and Allocations, whether they are in process or exported. However, while it includes the Header, Line Item and Allocation (matter) data, this optimized object specifically excludes Approval/Routing (step) and Audit Export detail data. The object reveals both the Approval Status and Export Status of each Line Item even though the Approval/Routing and Audit Export detail data are omitted.
• Expense Analysis (Line Item/Export): Returns only fully approved expense reports that have begun or have completed the Export process. It does not include any Approval/Routing (step) detail. It does include Header, Line Item, and Allocation (matter) data, as well as Audit Export data elements that are only available after Export, including GL Account and Export file name.
• Expense Type Mapping: List of Expense Types with Expense Mapping details (4 segments)
• Matter Object: Matter and Client attribute details (2 segments)
• Person Object: Chrome River User, User Relationship (Entity), Customer and Delegate attribute details (5 segments)
• Preapproval Object: Expense Report Pre-Approval Details including header, line item, matter and pre-approval routing (13 segments) Note: Details are included in the Preapproval Object Excel file.
• Transaction Object: Credit Card Transaction data (including those attached and not yet attached to expense report line items) (22 segments)

Invoice Objects

• Invoice Data Object 1 (Current Routing Step): Invoice Details including header, line item, G/L, matter, approval routing and compliance (28 segments)

Note: This Reporting Object limits the output to only the current (highest) routing step to avoid the multiplicative effect.

• Invoice Data Object 2 (All Routing Steps): Invoice Details including header, line item, G/L, matter, approval routing and compliance (28 segments)

Note: This Reporting Object provides detail for all routing steps. (Caution: Line-item amounts are duplicated on the rows for each step.)

Audit Objects

• Audit Compliance Object: Provides access to Expense Report Audit Compliance data where Audit Compliance (Audit Concern) is available.** (18 segments)

Audited = Yes (Sent to Audit Module)

• Audit Expense Reports Object: Provides access to data for all exported/paid expense reports that meet the criteria for Audit Routing Rule processing. (15 segments)

Audited = No (Cleared by Rules) and Yes (Sent to Audit Module)

• Audit Routing + Compliance Object: Provides access to Audit Routing and Audit Compliance data together where Audit Compliance (Audit Concern) is available.** (23 segments)

Audited = Yes (Sent to Audit Module)

• Audit Routing Object: Provides access to Expense Report Audit Routing data viewable on the Report Audit Tracking panel. (20 segments)

Audited = Yes (Sent to Audit Module)

**Note: Due to a system enhancement, Audit Concern is generally not available for data prior to November 2011.

• Audit Administrative Changes: Provides data on every move made in the Administration screens and who made each change.
