Create a Home Screen Shortcut to Chrome River A home screen shortcut is an icon on your mobile device that takes you directly to the Chrome River log-in page. This saves you the extra steps of opening your mobile device's web browser and typing in the web address or tapping on a bookmark. Note: This option is not available if your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow you to use one set of log-in credentials to access a number of different applications, including Chrome River. For more information, see Log in to Chrome River. Apple iOS 1. Open Safari and navigate to the Chrome River log-in page. 2. Tap the SHARE button at the bottom of the screen. 3. In the bottom row, tap ADD TO HOME SCREEN. You may need to swipe left to find this option. 4. You will have the option to rename the shortcut and double check that it links to the correct address. Tap ADD. 5. The shortcut icon will appear in the first free space on your home screen. To rearrange your icons, tap and hold one until they all start wiggling. Then drag the icon to the desired location and tap DONE in the upper right corner of the screen. Android OS 1. Open Chrome and navigate to the Chrome River log-in page. 2. Tap the MORE button at the top right corner of the screen. 3. Tap ADD TO HOME SCREEN. 4. You will have the option to rename the shortcut. Tap ADD. 5.
